Level: intermediate

If you already sew but would like to improve your fitting and finishing techniques, this could be for you. Bring a metre of dress fabric and thread, we supply the pattern and expert help. The course lasts for three sessions over three weeks, each session lasts two and a half hours. You’ll adjust the pattern to fit you and choose which length to make. You’ll get tips and advice on cutting out and stitching the dress together. Some work will need to be done at home between lessons. The final session will focus on finishing techniques like hemming and bindings for the shoestring straps.
